We are on the road (until August 12th) visiting radio stations in Colorado, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas, asking program directors to consider airing "The Encouraging Word" radio program. 

Each segment is 90 seonds and fits very well at the top or bottom of the hour.

Please pray with us that the radio stations will see the value of providing a word of encouragement to their listeners every day.  Pray also that Christians will support the proram prayerfully and financially.

We have uploaded all 100 programs to the website, and they are available to listen to online or download for later.

We are also mailing out CD's of the programs to all who wish to have them available to play at home or in their vehicle.

The instability of the US economy and the uncertainty of both the short and long term value of the dollar relative to other currencies are having a harsh impact on American missionaries serving around the world and on the thousands of men and women who are serving the Lord in home missions here in North America.  Financial pressure is taking a toll and testing their capacity to continue serving the “Lord of the Harvest” (Matthew 9:38).  The stress that you are feeling – the strain on your checkbook when you purchase gas and groceries – is straining them and their families as well.  Please remember them in your prayers.  When you count your blessings and money, remember them.  They are serving the Lord of the Harvest (Luke 10:7; 1 Timothy 5:18) so that souls can “hear the Word of the Lord and be saved” (Acts 11:19-24).
